The method for using the bean dregs dryer comprises the following steps: first, the dehydrated wet bean dregs are put into the dryer, and then the material bean dregs are dehydrated by heavy pressure to remove most of the water; then enter the inside of the bean dreg dryer drum. Under the action of the plate driven by the motor driven roller, under the action of the pusher plate and the dry hot air, the bean dregs move in a direction opposite to the direction of the fresh dry hot air; the dryer is co-currently dried. To the other part of the dryer, the star discharge valve discharges the dried product, and the discharge temperature is only 40 °C. In the third step, after the drying section, the smashing, mixing, granulating and packaging subsequent sections are matched to produce the finished product of the bean dregs pellet.
The heat energy is fully utilized in the whole drying process, and the bean dregs are evenly heated, so the dried bean dregs have good color, no paste, and low energy consumption. 1.
