Paddle heating drying: the drying process is the use of heating drying system to achieve drying, this process in the structure mainly including dryer, sludge feeder, auxiliary heat source, air supply system, heat recovery device, dust control, ash emission, control system and so on.
Solar drying: solar energy is used to evaporate the dehydrated sludge, and 60~80% of the dried sludge can be obtained through evaporation, meanwhile, in the process of operation, the sludge can be turned over and tiled on the floor by using the stirring wheel, and the efficiency of evaporation can be improved by increasing the forced ventilation. In general, this solar drying process is simple in process design and low in investment and operation cost, which is more suitable for users who have low requirements for mud production and need long-term storage.
High temperature wet oxidation drying: the sludge and pure oxygen are simultaneously introduced into the reaction vessel at the required temperature and pressure, pure oxygen oxidizes most organic matter at high temperatures and pressures without the use of a catalyst, a small portion of the remaining sludge can be dehydrated and dried mechanically to achieve the purpose of drying. This process is suitable for non-agricultural applications but can be reused as a building material.
