2. Hot air rotary vane sludge dryer:
High-viscosity sludge drying equipment generally adopts hot air rotary vane dryer. According to different sludge viscosity, double-axis rotary vane dryer (vertical, horizontal) and three-axis rotary vane dryer (horizontal type) can be used to The high-humidity material below 85% is once dried to a final water content of less than 12%, and the drying time is short, generally 2-10 minutes. Since the high-speed stirring blade stirs the moist material vigorously, the wet material can be in good contact with the hot air. The material evaporates faster in the first half of the machine, and the temperature of the hot air in the machine drops sharply. Therefore, even if high temperature hot air is used, the temperature rise of the material is not high.
