1. Rotary drum dryer

2. Air dryer
Air dryer drying process is through the high-speed flow of hot air, so that the raw material in the air suspension, in the flow of transport state to complete the drying action.During operation, hot air is fed into the lower part of the airflow tube by the fan and flows upward at the speed of 20-40m/s. Wet materials are added by the heater, suspended in the high-speed airflow and flow upward together with hot air. Since the contact between materials and air is very sufficient and both of them are in motion,therefore, the heat and mass transfer coefficients between gas and solid are very large, so that the moisture in the material is quickly removed.The dried material and waste gas enter the cyclone separator at the outlet of the air duct. The waste gas is discharged from the upper part of the air lift pipe of the separator, and the dry products are drawn out from the lower part of the separator.This drying method can increase the contact area between hot air and material, and dry thoroughly. The disadvantage is that only drying small volume, light weight materials.
3. Fluidized bed dryer
Fluidized bed dryers, also known as effervescent bed dryers, use solid flow technology.The dryer is divided into 4 ~ rooms with the vertical baffle, and there is a certain gap between the baffle and the horizontal air distribution plate (generally dozens of millimeters), so that materials can pass through each room.Wet materials are added by the first chamber, flow through each chamber in turn, and discharge through the overflow weir plate. Hot air enters the previous several Chambers through the air distribution plate, passes through the material layer, and makes the material in fluidization. As the materials tumble up and down, mix with each other, and fully contact with hot air, the material can be dried quickly.When the material passes through a room, contact with the cold air from the lower part, and the product is cooled quickly for packaging and collection.The structure of fluidized bed dryer is simple. Mostly used for drying materials with particle size of 0.003 ~ 6mm.
4. Van dryer
The van dryer is mainly composed of heat insulation materials to build the steel plate or brick drying room and material plate on the trolley support, etc., the van dryer and the drum dryer is different, it is intermittent drying mechanical equipment.The material tray is divided into three groups,each group has many layers,the thickness of the material layer in the plate is generally 10 ~ 100mm.When the air is heated to a certain degree, the air blower will feed the material into the dryer and into the lower layers of the material tray.When the air is heated to a certain degree, it is fed to the dryer by the fan,enter the material tray on the lower layers, and then enter the material tray on the middle layers after heating by the middle heater, and enter the material tray on the upper layers after heating by another middle heater. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged, and the other part is recycled after heating by the upper heater.Segmental heating of air and partial recycling of waste gas can make the air temperature in the compartment uniform and improve the utilization rate of heat.The van dryer can dry granular, flaky, paste materials in small batches, but can not dry powdery and more expensive materials.The box dryer has some disadvantages, such as material can not be turned over, uneven drying, heavy loading and unloading labor, and poor operating conditions. Mainly used in laboratory and small-scale production.
5. Spray dryer
Spray dryer is a kind of drying equipment that directly dries solution, suspension, slurry material or molten liquid into solid products.It sprays the material into the fine fog drop disperses in the hot air stream, causes the moisture to evaporate quickly and achieves the dry purpose.The drying process of spray dryer is very fast, generally only needs 3-5s, which is suitable for heat-sensitive materials. Powder products can be obtained directly from slurry. Can avoid dust flying, improve the working conditions; Stable operation, easy to achieve continuous and automatic production.Its disadvantages are large equipment, large energy consumption, low thermal efficiency. Spray dryer is often used for drying milk, eggs, plasma, detergent, antibiotics, dyes, etc.
